After only 3 weeks of CompuTrainer sessions I can see an amazing improvement in my performance. My pedal stroke has improved and you can acutally see your progress as the program tracks your data. The training programs are realistic and challenging. I enjoy riding my own bike that is fitted to me. I would recommend Darcey's CompuTraining to anyone who wants to get a solid workout

Coach Darcey did a great job of individualizing the training sessions while maintaining the group environment. I significantly improved my biking skills and overcame my fear of lake swimming. I participated in Darcey’s summer triathlon camp and found it to be very beneficial in preparing for the summer triathlon I did.I appreciated Darcey’s supportive and encouraging manner which regularly acknowledged our efforts and improvements and was never critical of our areas of weakness.Darcey was realistic about my fitness level, but also challenged me to push myself in ways I would not have attempted on my own.I liked that the sessions were outdoors rather than in a gym setting as this more closely simulated triathlon race conditions.I found the lake swims particularly helpful in feeling more comfortable doing triathlons with lake swims (as opposed to pool swims).I would certainly recommend Sole Training Triathlon Camp to others.
I have always been a physically active person – mostly swimming and running. I have many friends who work out with weights and have tried to get me to join their gyms on many occasions. I went a couple of times, but I did not enjoy being in a gym. I always felt as though people were watching me and since weight training was so new to me, it wasn’t something I was really good at (or looked good doing), so I stopped. About 6 months ago, a friend of mine told me that there was a personal trainer who worked out of his home in Lake Chaparral. She raved about his program and his set up so I thought I would give it a try. Going to Sole Training was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Darcey Halvorsen is an excellent trainer. His home gym is private and non-threatening. Darcey is working with me to help me achieve my goals and continuously monitors my progress and well-being. He creates programs that target all muscle groups and provide a good cardio work-out it is a full body work-out. I never feel self-conscious when I am there and I always have fun. Darcey is energetic, enthusiastic and easy-going and he encourages me to do my best without being overly aggressive. After only 5 months, I am physically stronger and leaner. Sole Training has added a new fitness dimension to my life and I would recommend it to anyone.
I was stuck in a fitness rut for years - I relied on running as my key activity, but I was always running the same distance at the same speed - and never getting anywhere. I could never get off the boring treadmill. The one on one attention at Sole Training has jump started my whole fitness regime! In less than six months, I am stronger and have gained important muscle mass.
